Comprehensive training program from Certificate III in Retail for all food business owners and supervisors covering development, implementation and monitoring of food safety plans; including:
- Element 1 – monitor implementation of the food safety program
- Element 2 – Respond to occurrences of non-compliance
- Element 3 - Contribute to continuous improvement
The program includes all of the pre-requisite competencies from Apply Retail Food Safety Practices. Trainees receive the Nationally Recognised Statements of Attainment
