PROGRAM UNDER DEVELOPMENT EXPECTED RELASE DATE 3OTH MARCH 2010

Comprehensive training program from Certificate III in Retail for all food business owners and supervisors covering development, implementation and monitoring of food safety plans; including:

  • Element 1 – monitor implementation of the food safety program
  • Element 2 – Respond to occurrences of non-compliance
  • Element 3 - Contribute to continuous improvement

The program includes all of the pre-requisite competencies from Apply Retail Food Safety Practices. Trainees receive the Nationally Recognised Statements of Attainment
