NEW State of Industry Report 2009 (2008 Data)

AACS are pleased to announce a brand new strategy for its 2009 State of the Industry Report.

AACS have made the decision to partner with one of the world’s leading Customer Benchmarking companies, The Advantage Group (TAG) to be able to deliver a revamped, more effective and streamlined State of the Industry Report for 2009.

Having consulted with retailers and suppliers in the Industry, The Advantage Group & AACS have developed a new format for the State of Industry Report for 2009. The main differences include:

  • A streamlined information capture process that will dramatically cut down on the time taken for retailers to provide the information for the State of Industry Report
  • Revamped sections with key new metrics that retailers and suppliers value.
  • A greater focus on insights and what is on the minds of people in the industry.
  • More focus on trends and underlying changes within the Industry
  • A new format for presenting the State of Industry Report.
